ARCHIE ROSE WHITE CANE RUM RIFF: FINALISTS ANNOUNCED!

by Bars & Clubs

With over 100 entries from bartenders across Australia, finalists for Archie Rose’s White Cane Rum Riff have been announced.

This high-energy neighbourhood cocktail competition is all about celebrating Australian spirits and the incredible talent behind the drinks, with contestants challenged to put their own creative spin on classic cocktails using Archie Rose White Cane, the latest release in their Fundamental Spirits range.

The result? A lineup of uniquely crafted drinks that celebrate innovation and Australia’s deep-rooted rum heritage.

Regional finals will take place across Australia throughout May and June, where an expert panel of judges will determine the champions, each walking away with a $500 cash prize.

Hospitality professionals and cocktail lovers alike are invited to come show their support and witness the action live at each regional final. There’ll be a White Cane drink on arrival, a specially curated White Cane cocktail list, and tasty nibbles to keep you fueled while you cheer on your local bartenders.

Register your attendance here to receive a complimentary drink on arrival.
