Recipe: Two thirds of a Negroni

Fresh from winning a Gold medal at the IWSC, here’s a recipe from The West Winds, using its Wild Plum Gin.

RECIPE

Ingredients:


  • 30ml The West Winds Wild Plum Gin
  • 30ml Campari

Directions:


  1. Add all to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled.
  3. Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with dried citrus or stone fruits.
