New Hendrick’s Gin from Lesley Gracie’s Cabinet of Curiosities

The season’s limited release Hendrick’s Gin, from Ms Lesley Gracie’s Cabinet of Curiosities is Neptunia, a liquid that captures the magic of the sea in a gin.

Hendrick’s Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie, has used a blend of refreshing Scottish coastal botanicals to create a gin that is unmistakably Hendrick’s, with a smooth, bright citrus finish and a distant sea breeze.

Hendrick’s said of the gin: “Using her background in chemistry, proclivity for experimentation, and fascination about how different botanicals can be combined to create enthralling flavours, Ms Gracie has captured the magical sensation of being by the sea and bottled it in a gin.”

Ally Martin, Hendrick’s Gin Global Brand Ambassador added: “As you’d expect, Hendrick’s Neptunia is exquisite with tonic and a slice of cucumber. Although if you’re embarking on an adventure with friends, try setting sail with a Neptunia Fizz. It’s remarkably easy to make and impressive to serve up on shore. Simply combine two parts of Hendrick’s Neptunia with one-part fresh lime and one-part simple syrup and top with soda. A slice of cucumber to finish and ahoy.”

Hendrick’s only releases one gin at a time from its Cabinet of Curiosities and Neptunia will be making its way into bars from the end of June 2022.
