Papa Salt Dirty Dry Martini

Cocktail Menu: Dirty Dry Martini

by Molly Nicholas

Lately, the Dirty Martini has made a huge comeback. It’s a classic, sure, but not everyone gets it right. A great Dirty Martini is crisp, savoury and perfectly chilled – effortlessly sophisticated.

If you’ve ever made a Dirty Dry Martini that didn’t quite hit the mark, this recipe from Papa Salt is sure to set you straight.

Dirty Dry Martini

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Papa Salt Coastal Gin
  • 10ml Noilly Prat Vermouth
  • 20ml olive brine
  • Nocellara olives
  • Rock ice

  2. Stir with a bar spoon for at least 30 seconds until the dilution is well chilled and smooth to taste
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with three olives skewered through a rosemary stem
