Four Pillars Martini Collective

Four Pillars brings back Martini Collective for a third year

by Molly Nicholas

This month, Four Pillars has revived its popular Martini Collective for a third season, celebrating the timeless allure of the classic Martini.

Partnering with some of the top bars and restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne, the campaign showcases an aperitif-style Mini Martini made with Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin – each paired with a bespoke snack curated by the venue.

The Sydney venues putting their own twist on the Mini Martini experience include returning favourites like Shell House, The Charles, and Nomad, joined by newcomers Bar Julius and The International at Martin Place.

Melbourne also promises an exceptional line up as the Martini Collective returns for a second time. Favourites like Bar Bellamy and Society will once again join in the celebration, alongside the likes of Bar Liberty, which joins the lineup for the first time.

Designed to complement the botanical mix of Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin, the bespoke snacks include Bar Julius’ charred focaccia with macadamia and rosemary cream, green olive crumb and lemon myrtle; or, down in Melbourne, Bar Bellamy’s smoked eel, bottarga and finger lime crostini.

Martini Collective kicked off on Monday 19 May, running through to Sunday 22 June. Here’s where you can find a Mini Martini:
