Cocktail Menu: Three Never Never Coffee & Cacao Gin cocktails

Never Never’s new Coffee & Cacao Gin Gin was created in collaboration with Lorenzo Antinori, and here’s a selection of cocktails using the gin.

Leone Negroni

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Coffee & Cacao Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Italian Sweet vermouth
  • Orange twist

Directions:


  1. Stir over ice and pour over clear ice cube
  2. Garnish with discarded orange zest and coffee bean

Coffee and Cacao Martini

Ingredients:


  • 60ml Coffee & Cacao Gin
  • 5ml French dry vermouth
  • 10ml Italian bianco vermouth
  • dash of orange bitters

Directions:


  1. Stir down ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Pour into a chilled martini glass
  3. Garnish with a coffee bean

Espresso Chinotto

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Coffee & Cacao Gin
  • 15ml Italian sweet vermouth
  • 120ml Chinotto

Directions:


  1. Build over ice in a highball glass
  2. Add orange wedge garnish and serve.
