Cocktail Menu: Atlas’s Crossing Waves

by Seamus May

One of Atlas’s twists on a classic cocktail, this drink is inspired by the traditional sour, and the journey across the sea that first produced the style.

For this cocktail, create a pre-batched ‘Batch Pour’ of equal parts Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, Velvet Falernum and Vida Mezcal.
