A new classic: The Inkwell Martini

by Stefanie Collins

InkGin_Martini

Ink Gin was crafted for martinis – the citrus notes really shine. Ink Gin has bold citrus notes and pepper berry upfront, then lingers with citrus oils on back palate which made for a robust dry martini. The finger lime pearls pop in your mouth, bursting with freshness. Shake or stir, it’s your choice.

Ingredients

60ml Ink Gin

10ml dry vermouth

Finger lime, to garnish

Preparation

  1. Fill cocktail glass with ice and set aside
  2. Fill mixing glass with ice, add vermouth, stir and strain
  3. Pour Ink Gin over vermouth-laced ice in mixing glass and stir until chilled
  4. Discard ice from cocktail glass
  5. Strain Ink Gin into chilled cocktail glass
  6. Garnish with finger lime caviar.
