Take the Eating Out survey

by Tam Allenby

Hospitality magazine is conducting its second annual survey into Australia’s eating out market and is calling for all those who work in the sector to take part.

Everyone who completes the survey will receive a summary of the results and one respondent will win a professionally produced video of their venue, courtesy of Big Review TV.

Last year, more than 1,000 venues responded, resulting in what’s believed to be the most comprehensive piece of research into the Australian restaurant sector ever produced.

This year’s survey is now live and will remain live for the next two weeks only.

If you work in the hospitality industry, this is your chance to make your views known. (All responses will be treated anonymously.)

Paul Wootton, publisher of Hospitality, encouraged everyone in the industry to take part. “By completing our survey, you can help us to help you understand your industry more,” he said.

“We can pinpoint what works for venues and what doesn’t, and highlight the strategies, technology and marketing techniques that operators and chefs find most effective in running their businesses.

“This year’s survey dives deep into three specific areas: staffing; technology; and suppliers. We think the findings will be of enormous value to operators throughout Australia.”

You can take the survey here.
