Glenmorangie collaborates with Rockpool Dining Group

Glenmorangie whisky will be the centrepiece of a three week collaboration with Rockpool Dining Group’s The Cut Bar & Grill, featuring a selection of whisky flights, limited-edition cocktails and desserts, and two dinner and bar events.

The collaboration, which runs for three weeks from Monday 9 April to Monday 30 April, will offer guests three different whisky flights: The Biscuit Malt flight (featuring Glenmorangie Original, Spios and Tusail), the Cask Edition flight (premium cask Lasanta, Quinta Ruban and Nectar d’Or), and the Executive flight (Spios, 18-year-old Glenmorangie and Signet).

Guests of The Cut looking for a light, after work tipple can enjoy delicious whisky-based cocktails that have been specifically mixed to enhance the subtle tones of the different Glenmorangie blends.

The Berry Buck cocktail combines Glenmorangie Original with a blend of cool ginger ale and fresh raspberries, while the Old New York Sour is a mixture of Lasanta, lemon and sugar, served over ice and topped with The Cut’s finest Shiraz; Up-To-Date is a mix of Quinta Ruban, Amontillado Sherry, Grand Marnier, sugar and bitters, poured over a rock of ice.

Glenmorangie ambassador Garth Foster will also host an intimate evening in The Cut’s bar on 11 April, offering guests the chance to taste Glenmorangie’s whiskies and a selection of bar snacks, as well as a five-course dinner on 18 April in the Cut’s private dining room – featuring a curated menu specifically designed to pair with Glenmorangie whisky and cocktails.
