Sip spooky with Halloween Cocktail recipes

To help farmers, Bacardí is suggesting drinkers carve pineapples, not pumpkins, and make some delicious drinks along the way!

Bacardí Pineapple Potion

Ingredients:


  • 60ml Bacardí Spiced
  • 20ml pineapple juice
  • Wedge of pineapple (garnish)

Directions:


  1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice
  2. Add Bacardi Spiced
  3. Top with chilled pineapple juice
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge

Ghoulish Grey Goose

Vampire’s Kiss

Ingredients:


  • 45ml Grey Goose vodka
  • 30ml black raspberry liquor
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Grenadine
  • Sugar and additional grenadine for rim garnish

Directions:


  1. First prepare your glass – place granulated sugar in a single layer on a plate.
  2. On another plate add some grenadine. Spin the rim of the glass in the grenadine until it coats entirely, then dip the glass rim into the plate of sugar to coat
  3. Pour liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice
  4. Double strain cocktails into glasses

The Zombie

Ingredients:


  • 25ml Bacardí Carta Blanca
  • 15ml Bacardí Spiced
  • 10ml orange liquor
  • 20ml orange juice
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 10ml simple syrup
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • Wedge of orange and cocktail cherry (garnish)

Directions:


  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
  4. Garnish with orange and cherry

Bloody Maria

Ingredients:


  • 60ml Patrón Silver
  • 180ml tomato juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Dash each of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
  • 1 tsp horseradish (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedge and celery stalk for garnish

Directions:


  1. First make the Bloody Mary mix by combining tomato juice, lime juice, seasoning sauces and salt and pepper
  2. Add Patrón to a cocktail shaker, alongside 150ml of the Bloody Mary mix and ice
  3. Don’t shake – instead throw the drink between glass and cocktail tin by carefully pouring the drink
  4. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish

Bewitching Bombay

Jekyll & Gin

Ingredients:


  • 75ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 5ml Grenadine
  • Tonic water (to top)
  • Glow stick (for garnish – do not attempt to drink the glow stick fluid!)

Directions:


  1. Add all the ingredients apart from garnish and tonic to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake hard for 12 seconds
  3. Fine strain into a large glass filled with ice
  4. Top with tonic and garnish
