Recipe: Yam & Jam Caprioska

This recipe, created by bartenders at Udaberri in Adelaide, uses the recently released Native Yam Vodka – the latest release by Seven Seasons.

Yam & Jam Caprioska

Ingredients:


  • 60ml Native Yam Vodka
  • Barspoon of Davidson plum jam
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 4 Lime wedges
  • Garnish ingredients: Murray River pink salt and finger lime

Directions:


  1. Muddle lime wedges
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice
  3. Double strain over crushed ice into a Murray River pink salt-rimmed Old Fashioned glass
  4. Garnish with finger lime
