Recipe: Trust Fall

Tell your customers to put their trust in you this Valentine’s Day, to serve them up the perfect pink tipple.

This gorgeous drink is created by David Kaplan of NYC cocktail institution Death & Co, for their recent Australian tour. While here, the Death & Co team took over three Australian Venue Co bars – Wolf Lane in Perth, The Winery in Sydney and Trinket in Melbourne, to create a carefully curated bespoke cocktail and paired food experience.

Trust Fall

Ingredients:


  • 45ml Aviation Gin
  • 15ml Barsol Pisco
  • 15ml Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 7ml Giffard Lychee Liqueur
  • 1 tsp Raspberry syrup
  • 1 dash Perchaud’s Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 15ml Filtered water
  • Twist of grapefruit

Directions:


  1. Batch
  2. Freeze 24 hours in advance
  3. Pour into martini glass
  4. Twist grapefruit to finish and discard
