Recipe: The Fox Hole’s French Martini

by Brydie Allen

The Fox Hole in Sydney loves the classics, especially when they’re delicious. Managing Director James Harvey-Fiander said their take on the classic French Martini is: “sweet, boozy and yet balanced by the acid from the pineapple juice.”

“Traditionally built on a vodka base, we love it with an Apothecary Triple Juniper gin made in Tasmania and we’re generous with our Chambord.  We dehydrate our fruit on site and think the crushed freeze dried raspberry garnish turns this cocktail from a daggy 80s drink into a drink that really pops off the table. And did we mention delicious?”
