Recipe: Redbreast Tipperary

An Irish whiskey classic cocktail, recommended by Redbreast Brand Specialist, Alice Newport. This cocktail is thought to have first been introduced in 1916 – a seismic year in Irish history!

Tipperary

Ingredients:

45ml Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish whiskey
30ml sweet vermouth
15ml Green Chartreuse
Orange twist or Maraschino cherry to garnish

Directions:

Add whiskey, sweet vermouth and Chartreuse to a mixing glass or cocktail tin
Add ice
Stir until dilute and very cold
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish
