Recipe: Pink Jasmine

by Brydie Allen

The Jasmine cocktail is a bit of a classic – known for its combination of gin, Cointreau and Campari combined to create a crisp pink drink.

But this recipe won’t fit your jasmine expectations, because this riff on it by ARK Group’s Bar Manager James Connolly, is completely alcohol free.

The growing no and low alcohol trend is expanding both customer demand for alcohol free cocktails and the market for alcohol free spirits. Connolly said these shifts mean there’s great potential in having a range of no alcohol cocktails on your menu.

“As a bartender I used to hate making mocktails, it seemed to take all the ‘fun’ out of the beverage. Now, I really enjoy the challenge and through products like Seedlip and Lyres, bartenders are able to add depth and complexity to mocktails that may have been missing,” Connolly said.

Get inspiration from his Pink Jasmine recipe below.
