Cocktail Menu: Never Never Med Gin Spritz

No drink is more synonymous with the Mediterranean coastline than the spritz and the new citrus forward Never Never Med Gin is the perfect compliment to a quality dry vermouth, balanced with lemon, sparkling wine or water.

RECIPE

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Med Gin
  • 45ml dry vermouth
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 45ml soda water or sparkling wine

Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients to a stemless wine glass
  2. Top with crushed ice
  3. Garnish with orange, olive, olive leaf
  4. Serve
