Recipe: Koh Melon

Corretto Dee Why owner Kurtis Bosley has created the perfect taste of melon.

Koh Melon

Ingredients:


  • 200ml Russian Standard Vodka
  • 50ml 666 Lemon Myrtle Vodka
  • 50ml Sakura Vermouth
  • 150ml Watermelon, Rose, Rhubarb syrup
  • 10 Dashes Tasmanian Bitters Mountain Pepperberry

Directions:


  1. Use 45ml from batch
  2. Combine with 20ml lime juice
  3. Add all ingredients into shaker with ice
  4. Shake hard and double strain into tall glass over fresh ice
  5. Garnish with wasted crisp
