Recipe: Jimmy Blue Eyes
Jimmy Blue Eyes has joined the list of exciting new cocktails at The 18th Amendment Bar.
The bar’s mixologists batch 5L of this cocktail at a time so measurements are easier at that quantity. They then freeze in individual bags so service is fast and easy.
Jimmy Blue Eyes
Ingredients:
- 30ml Anther Gin
- 20ml Marionette Blue Curacao
- 15ml Brookie’s Mac Macadamia and Wattleseed Liqueur
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 2ml Tempus Fugit White Creme De Menthe
- 60ml Water
Directions:
- Freeze all contents except for Anther Gin.
- When frozen add to blender with gin.
- Blend for 10 seconds.
- Pour into Nick and Nora glass and garnish with lemon twist.
