Recipe: Halfway to Harrington

The Halfway to Harrington is a cocktail special marking the occasion at The Duke of Clarence in Sydney. Created by Mikey Enright, it heroes Warner’s Gin and is also named after the home of the distillery, Harrington in the UK.

Halfway to Harrington

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Warner’s London Dry Gin
  • 30ml Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
  • 20ml Watermelon juice
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Finger lime cordial
  • 3 Drops salt bush
  • Rhubarb to garnish

Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
  2. Dry shake
  3. Wet shake
  4. Strain into a gold rim coupette glass
  5. Garnish with a toasted rhubarb nest
