Recipe: Amber Crumble

This recipe perfectly enhances the candied fruit and soft vanilla palate of the Manly Spirits Amber Spiced Gin, as well as its hints of cinnamon spice.

RECIPE

Ingredients:


  • 45ml Manly Spirits Amber Spiced Gin
  • 15ml Massenez Gingerbread Liqueur
  • 20ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 10ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Opt: A few dashes of Apple Bitters And Walnut Bitters

Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake well, single strain over ice in Rocks glass
  3. Garnish with lightly toasted cinnamon stick and grated scotch fingers
