Midsummer spritz

Made with the new Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice Gin, this refreshing spritz is perfect for the warmer weather.

The Midsummer Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ parts Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
  • ½ part Elderflower
  • Top with Soda
  • Squeeze of Lemon
  • Garnish with Flowers, Orange and Cucumber

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a glass filled with ice
  2. Stir gently
  3. Top with garnish to serve
