The ALIA 2025 bar winners

The 2025 Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA) took place at The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney last night, here are the bar winners.

Around 600 guests from across Australia’s liquor industry gathered to celebrate the best people, products and places as well as ALIA’s 30^th birthday.

The awards contain a number of bar-specific categories including Best Bar, Best Bar Group and Best Bartender won by Caretaker’s Cottage, House Made Hospitality and Leah Dunnigan respectively.
