Lark unveils its Signature Collection

Lark Distilling Co has unveiled its Signature Collection of four “exceptional and pioneering whiskies” which the distillery says merges Lark’s trailblazing past with the new world.

The Signature Collection comprises the multi award-winning Classic Cask Single Malt Whisky, Rebellion Single Malt, Tasmanian Peated Single Malt and the Classic Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky.

LARK Distilling Co. Master Blender Chris Thomson said: “We at Lark believe whisky should be limitless and inclusive. Our Signature Collection has been built from the passion of creating exciting, drinkable and relaxing whisky moments for our amazing whisky community.

“There is a whisky here for seasoned explorers and the whisky curious. Tasmanian Peated and Classic Cask should feel like old friends meeting for the first time after years apart, comfortable but still a thrill, and Cask Strength is a powerful dram for the seasoned veteran with layer upon layer to explore.

“Most excitingly for me is the release of Rebellion, a spin-off of our Chinotto Cask release. This is a whisky everyone needs to try and not like any other whisky on the market. It’s the whisky no one asked for but it’s the whisky we all needed.”

The launch of Lark’s Signature Collection coincides with a new look for the brand, with a new typeface and refinement of the lark icon. The body now faces left to honour heritage, eyes focus right firmly on the future, the distillery said, “a moment where tradition and the unconventional collide, somewhere between yesterday and tomorrow”.
