Dispatch Imports takes on distribution of Rhubi

Australian rhubarb aperitif Rhubi Mistelle has announced a new distribution partnership with Dispatch Imports, bringing a fresh and focused approach to its domestic distribution.

Crafted by the award-winning team behind Sydney’s Bulletin Place, Rhubi is a contemporary approach to the classic aperitif. Made with fresh rhubarb, juniper, French gentian, mandarin and bitter citrus, the aperitif blends Australian flavours with the rituals of the southern European aperitivo moment.

Since launching in Australia, what started out as a passion project soon gained momentum and Rhubi quickly expanded its footprint nationwide, enjoying a strong and successful partnership with Vanguard Luxury Brands.

The appointment of Dispatch Imports as its new distributor marks the conclusion of Rhubi’s partnership with Vanguard Luxury Brands, effective from 31 July 2025. Dispatch Imports will take over as the new distribution partner from 1 August, and both parties will work together to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

Aaron Shuttleworth, Co-founder of Dispatch Imports, shared his excitement about leading Rhubi into its next chapter of growth in Australia.

As the brand continues to grow, Matt Dale was announced as Rhubi’s first brand ambassador earlier this year, with the brief to grow the brand’s visibility and educate the trade and consumers on how best to enjoy the aperitif.
