A drink with… Harriet Leigh, Archie Rose
Archie Rose has launched its latest gin, and the first from its incredible new distillery, Bone Dry Gin, which features hand-foraged Macedonian juniper has been cold distilled in the new distillery’s copper vacuum to create three distinct juniper expressions.
This is as amazing as it sounds as Bars and Clubs found out when we sat down (almost) with Harriet Leigh, Archie Rose’s Head of Hospitality.
