Tovaritch notches up over 100 awards

by Andy Young

Authentic Russian vodka, Tovaritch, which is exclusively distributed in Australia by Kollaras & Co, has notched up over a century of prestigious awards, following a recent spate of international accolades.

The century came with a medal at the Beverage Testing Institute and other recent gongs came from the International Wine and Spirits Competition as well as The Spirits Business annual awards.

Kollaras Marketing Manager, Georgia Kollaras told TheShout: “As the Australasian exclusive distributor of the brand it’s hard to keep up with all the accolades, as Tovaritch continues its streak as the world’s most awarded vodka.

“Tovaritch is an authentic Russian vodka and proudly boasts a smooth, clean taste thanks to its legendary recipe, being five times distilled and filtered 20 times. Online reviews of the brand have people saying things like ‘the smoothest, best tasting vodka I have ever tried’ and ‘buy it now’.”

Tovaritch is gluten free and certified organic, with ingredients sourced from the Volga region. The water that Tovaritch uses comes from underground wells and undergoes reverse osmosis to remove foreign substances, while retaining essential minerals before its use.

Eugene Litta Modignani, the CEO of Tovaritch, said: “For any single vodka to reap 100 awards, it’s an impressive feat. There are other vodkas in the market that may have as many or more awards, but they are spread out over their many varieties. With Tovaritch it’s the one and only variety and it’s the winner.”

Tovaritch is available through Kollaras & Co in 700ml and one-litre bottles.
