Project Botanicals garden pop-up bar from Bombay Sapphire

Launching tonight, Bombay Sapphire has announced a Project Botanicals garden pop-up bar to coincide with the main food and cocktail pairing event.

Following record ticket sales, Bombay Sapphire will now offer Sydneysiders the chance to experience the delicious cocktails of Project Botanicals in a Royal Botanic Gardens gin bar located adjacent to the Botanic Gardens Restaurant, where the main event is being held.

Set against a Sydney Harbour backdrop, the open-air bar offers a selection of Bombay Sapphire creations in collaboration with some of Sydney’s best bars – including The Rook, 360 Bar & Dining and The Barber Shop. Running from Thursday 2 March until 12 March, the Project Botanicals gin garden pop-up bar is the perfect spot to see out the warmer months.

Location: Project Botanicals Gin Garden, outside Botanic Gardens Restaurant by the Cafe, Mrs Macquaries Road, Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney

Entry: From Henry Lawson Gate (signage to the venue will be visible from this gate)

Prices: A selection of Bombay Sapphire cocktails, at $12 each
