The Tales of the Cocktail Foundation has announced that the 23rd Tales of the Cocktail (TOTC) conference will once again take place at The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans, running from July 20 to 25, 2025.

The conference theme for 2025 will be ‘Evolve’ with TOTC looking to explore “the cocktail industry’s ongoing transformation and development, highlighting evolution as a catalyst for innovation and a necessity for growth”.

TOTC Foundation CEO Eileen Wayner said: “We’re thrilled to bring Tales of the Cocktail 2025 to life with the theme Evolve

“This focus demonstrates our commitment to growth and innovation in the hospitality industry, and we look forward to exploring new ideas, fostering progress, and inspiring our community to continue evolving together.”

This year’s TOTC hosted over 400 unique events and attendees in 2025 can expect another incredible program of events.

TOTC said: “Headlining the festival will be curated educational seminars, Beyond the Bar activations, Futures Labs, networking opportunities, tastings, guided walking tours, awards programs, and more.”

Full details of the 2025 agenda and program will be released over the coming months and tickets for the event will be available from World Cocktail Day, May 13, 2025.

The TOTC Foundation said it is now accepting volunteers for the 2025 event, with applications available on the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation website.
