Cocktail Menu: Fellr and Messina collab

Fellr has collaborated with gelato brand Messina to create three limited-edition seltzers inspired by Messina’s most popular sorbet flavours, and are hosting bar pop ups throughout the East Coast to celebrate the collaboration.

Pineapple & Lychee Soju Cooler:

Ingredients:


  • 50ml Lychee Soju
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15ml Lychee Juice
  • Blood Orange Fellr X Messina Seltzer
  • Pineapple Wedge

Directions:


  1. Mix ingredients with ice
  2. Strain into a highball glass over ice
  3. Top with Blood Orange Fellr X Messina Seltzer
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge

Yuzu and Lemon Sorbet Sgroppino

Ingredients:


  • 50ml vodka
  • 90ml Messina Lemon Sorbet
  • 90ml Yuzu Fellr X Messina Seltzer

Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and frothy (approx 15 seconds)
  2. Serve in a champagne coupe
  3. Garnish with fresh lemon

Salted Coconut and Mango Marg

Ingredients:


  • 40ml Blanco Tequila
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 45ml Salted Coconut & Mango Fellr X Messina Seltzer
  • 1 scoop of Messina Salted Coconut & Mango Sorbet
  • Shredded coconut

Directions:


  1. Blend together until combined
  2. Coat the rim of a rocks glass in shredded coconut
  3. Serve in the rocks glass with cubed ice
