Cocktail Menu: Three Piece Suit

Created by Jake Down, the Three Piece Suit is a warming winter cocktail from the new menu at Sydney’s Sicilian-inspired underground bar Apollonia.

Three Piece Suit

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Starward Two Fold Australian Whiskey
  • 15ml Creme de Cocoa
  • 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • Two dashes of walnut bitters
  • Two dashes of salt solution

Directions:

  1. Stir all of the ingredients
  2. Strain over a large block of ice, into a double old fashioned glass
  3. Garnish with a house made chocolate shell with lime cream
