Cocktail Menu: Three Piece Suit

Created by Jake Down, the Three Piece Suit is a warming winter cocktail from the new menu at Sydney’s Sicilian-inspired underground bar Apollonia.

Three Piece Suit

Ingredients:

40ml Starward Two Fold Australian Whiskey
15ml Creme de Cocoa
10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
Two dashes of walnut bitters
Two dashes of salt solution

Directions:

Stir all of the ingredients
Strain over a large block of ice, into a double old fashioned glass
Garnish with a house made chocolate shell with lime cream
