Recipe: Low 302’s S.A.S

Part of a revived menu at the iconic Sydney bar, the S.A.S showcases Low 302’s use of house-infused spirits.

“We smoke the Amaretto with coffee beans fresh each day to give this twist on a classic a much more sophisticated and adult flavour,” says Operations Manager Luke Reimann.

S.A.S (Smoked Amaretto Sour)

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Coffee Bean Smoked Amaretto
  • 15ml Cointreau Noir
  • 15ml Punt e Mes
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml lime juice

Directions:


  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Dry shake without ice
  3. Add ice and shake again
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated orange, dusted with burnt cinnamon.
