Recipe: ‘Sherry Baby’ Coastal Stone Boulevardier

A superb twist on the traditional Boulevardier cocktail, served at Manly Spirits’ distillery at the launch of its Coastal Stone whisky range.

Sherry Baby

Ingredients:


  • 20ml Coastal Stone (Sherry Cask) whisky
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • 7.5ml apricot brandy
  • 1 dash of peach bitters

Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Stir until dilute and very cold
  4. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
