A refreshing, fun twist on a Tommy’s Margarita, this cocktail represents everything this bar is all about.

RECIPE

Super Soaker 3000


  • 30ml Blanco Tequila
  • 30ml Joven Mezcal
  • 30ml Charlie’s Signature Watermelon Pucker (Read Tip)
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Salt Rim (Optional)

Directions:


  1. Take a cold glass and run a lime around the rim, before gently dipping it into a dish of salt (optional).
  2. Add the ingredients to your shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
  4. Carefully strain over ice into your prepared glass.

Tip: create the Watermelon Pucker by combining watermelon juice with citric acid and sugar to taste, until you have a sour watermelon syrup.
