Call for Icons of Whisky nominations.

by tmarano

The nominations for Australian Icons of Whisky are in full swing.

The Icons of Whisky Awards are designed to celebrate the people and places behind whiskies.

If you think there’s a person or business doing a great service to whisky, nominate them as an Icon of Whisky in Australia..

We ask the industry to nominate themselves and others in the various categories, then based on the evidence an independent editorial panel draw up a shortlist from which the winners are picked.

Nominations are now being made and these will be considered for the shortlist.

There are numerous categories for businesses and individuals involved with whisky in one way or another. There are Icons of Whisky all over Australia, so no nominate them now!

Go to www.iconsofwhisky.com and register.

Nominations close soon.

The shortlist will be drawn up and winners announced at the Icons of Whisky Awards event  on 3rd August, 2017.

This is the first time Australia has been included in the Icons of Whisky Awards which is run by Whisky Magazine out of London, UK.
