Recipe: Tanglin Negroni Sour

by Brydie Allen

This recipe from the creators of Singapore’s premiere gin uses the surprisingly sweet Tanglin Mandarin Chilli Gin for a taste of Asia. The drink, like Tanglin itself, is something a little bit different – classics with a twist.

Tanglin Negroni Sour

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Tanglin Mandarin Chilli Gin
  • 15ml Campari
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Egg white
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • Garnish: Davidson Plum Powder and citrus peel

Directions:

  1. Shake ingredients in a shake without ice
  2. Add ice and shake again
  3. Rim glass with Davidson Plum Powder
  4. Strain from shaker to glass
  5. Garnish with citrus peel
