Recipe: Frosty Fruits

A go-to summer cocktail and personal favourite of James Connolly, Group Bar Manager at ARK Group. On the menu at the Scarborough Beach Bar in Perth, it pays respects to an Aussie beachside treat.

Frosty Fruits

Ingredients:


  • 45ml Pineapple infused Reposado Tequila
  • 15ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
  • 7.5ml Agave nectar
  • 2 dashes saline
  • 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • 20ml Monin Passionfruit Puree
  • 25ml fresh lime juice

Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
