Cocktail Menu: Underground Caramel Espresso Martini

This drink was developed by the Canberran spirits brand, Underground Spirits Australia, for World Caramel Day, April 5 2023.

“Our Vodka with Caramel has been crafted to be distinct, delicious and indulgent. We use caramel that is made for us in Queensland and fold it thoroughly into the vodka to give it its smooth, sweet flavour – and none of this is lost in our Caramel Espresso Martini,” says Underground Spirits CEO Claudia Roughley.

Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Underground Spirits Caramel Vodka
  • 30ml freshly brewed espresso
  • 20ml Underground Spirits Vodka

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with three beans, which represent health, wealth and good times ahead
