Cocktail Menu: Francoise Hardy from Copacabana Club

One of the European style spritzes getting poured at this speakeasy bar at Woolloongabba’s Mr Badgers.

Ingredients:


  • 50ml Rose Vermouth
  • 20ml St Germain
  • 20ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 60ml Prosecco
  • 20ml soda
  • Apple slices (to garnish)

Directions:


  1. Add vermouth, St Germain and apple juice to a wine glass
  2. Add a generous amount of ice
  3. Top with Prosecco and soda
  4. Stir gently, and add apple slices to garnish
