Hugh Leech steps up at Melbourne Gin Company

The Melbourne Gin Company has appointed Hugh Leech, formerly of Gin Palace and Only Bitters, as its National Brand Ambassador.

Leech began his professional journey in hospitality at Gin Palace in 2013, where he worked for four years – gaining an extensive knowledge of gin as a spirit category and mastering his skills in cocktail creation.

Following his time at Gin Palace, Leech joined Only Bitters and the Bitters Lab team. As a consultant and trade representative, he helped promote brand expertise among hospitality professionals in Melbourne.

In addition to his customer-focused roles, Leech is one of the four partners behind Marionette Liqueurs, a new Australian producer championing local fruit and farmers in staple cocktail liqueurs.
