by Stefanie Collins

Charlotte Voisey, the award-winning company mixologist with William Grant USA, is flying in from the US to present at Top Shelf 2015, organisers have announced.

Charlotte, who has consulted on many of the world’s most prestigious bars and appears regularly on American TV, will present two talks on the main stage, demonstrating some of the drinks currently trending in the US. Her talk on ‘Clarified Cocktails’ will be of particular interest to the trade.

Joining her from the States will be Naren Young, the former Sydney-sider who has carved out a reputation as one of America’s foremost bartenders and drinks consultants. Naren will present on ‘Aperitifs’ and ‘Secrets of the World’s Best Bars’.

Top Shelf can also reveal two more legends of the American bar scene will be speaking at this year’s show – details will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

There will be some great talent from closer to home also presenting this year.
