The Goodnight Kiss

Melbourne’s Bar Clara mixologist Matt Jorgensen shares one of his favourite gin-based cocktail inventions.

The Goodnight Kiss

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Beefeater gin
  • 30ml coffee infused Montenegro
  • 20ml cherry syrup
  • 1 dash Juniper Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 dash Tonka bitters

Directions:


  1. Pour all ingredients into glass.
  2. Stir down.
  3. Garnish with a rose petal and flame orange oil over top for an indulgent aroma.
